Verification and access - AGI3 Documentation

Access to portfolio data is tiered. Your account clears each gate in order, and portfolio-scoped information stays unavailable until all of them are cleared. This is enforced on the server, not just in the interface.

The gates

Email verification	Your email address confirmed via the link we send	You are redirected to verification, and portfolio data is withheld
Entity details	Your legal entity name, type, and jurisdiction submitted	You are redirected to onboarding
Identity verification	Identity verification approved by AGI3	Positions, transactions, and holdings are withheld

These docs sit outside those gates on purpose: they are public, and you can read them while verification is still in progress.

Identity verification statuses

Verification runs through our identity provider in an embedded flow. Your account carries one status at a time, and the platform shows you a matching message wherever portfolio data would otherwise appear.

Status	Meaning	What to do
Not started	No verification has been opened yet	Start it from the onboarding prompt on the home page
In progress	You opened the flow but did not finish it	Resume from the same prompt; you return to where you stopped
Expired	A started verification timed out	Reopen it; a fresh verification is created
Under review	You submitted everything and AGI3 is reviewing it	Nothing; we will notify you when the review completes
Approved	Verification complete	Full access to portfolio data
Declined	We were unable to approve the account	Contact your AGI3 representative

An interrupted verification resumes rather than starting over, provided you return in the same browser session. After a page reload, a new verification is created instead.

Why data is withheld rather than shown empty

When a gate is not yet cleared, the platform shows you the reason instead of an empty table. An empty position list and a withheld position list mean very different things, and for a regulated account the difference matters, so the interface never renders one as the other.
